CodeEkiti is an initiative of Oceandigits Technology Limited (with possible partnership with government and private organizations in the future) aimed at educating Ekiti State residents for the future of work – by teaching how to write code and creatively solve problems. It would run in the three senatorial district in the state starting from Ado Ekiti. Specialized modules have been developed or adapted in a way that ensures the desirable learning outcomes for the respective stages are achieved.
In similar case to #CodeLagos Initiative, the world is evolving faster than we can keep up. Around the world, policymakers, social impact organizations, and profit-driven institutions alike are responding to this reality by taking a proactive stance and recording some early gains.
